• Client data, confidential records, proprietary documents, and prompts are processed strictly through enterprise-tier API endpoints with zero training rights.
• Client data is never used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve public or foundation artificial intelligence models.
• Data processed by autonomous agent workflows is held ephemerally during pipeline execution and disposed of according to the client's Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

4. Authorized Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted enterprise service providers to operate our business infrastructure. These providers process information strictly on our behalf under confidentiality agreements:

• Invoicing & Accounting: Zoho Corporation (Zoho Books / Zoho Payments for PCI-compliant billing and client portal).
