2. How We Use Your Information
We process personal and corporate information for legitimate business purposes:
- To evaluate project scopes, respond to technical inquiries, and provide custom consulting estimates.
- To draft, execute, and manage commercial service agreements and SOWs via digital contracting platforms.
- To generate invoices, process card/ACH payments, and maintain compliant business accounting records.

3. AI Architecture & Zero Model Training Policy
When engineering bespoke Agentic AI workflows, LLM pipelines, or automated ETL middleware for our clients, SZG Labs enforces a strict Zero Data Retention and Zero Model Training standard:
- Client data, confidential records, proprietary documents, and prompts are processed strictly through enterprise-tier API endpoints with zero training rights.
- Client data is never used to train, retrain, fine-tune, or improve public or foundation artificial intelligence models.
- Data processed by autonomous agent workflows is held ephemerally during pipeline execution and disposed of according to the client's Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
4. Authorized Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted enterprise service providers to operate our business infrastructure. These providers process information strictly on our behalf under confidentiality agreements:
- Invoicing & Accounting: Zoho Corporation (Zoho Books / Zoho Payments for PCI-compliant billing and client portal).
- Digital Contracting: Common Paper, Inc. (Standardized SOWs, DPAs, and electronic signatures).
- Cloud Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Source Code & CI/CD: GitHub, Inc. / Microsoft Corporation.
- Inquiry Form Processing: Formspree, Inc.

5. Cookies and Web Analytics

- Nevada Residents (NRS 603A): Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of covered personal information. Although SZG Labs does not sell personal information, you may submit a formal verification request by emailing [email protected].
- California Residents (CCPA / CPRA): If applicable, California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information held by SZG Labs without discrimination.
